Ingredients

  • 6 mandarins, or clementines
  • 2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 50 g marzipan paste
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), sliced (flakes)

Instructions

  1. Peel 4 of the six mandarins / clementines and divide them into wedges.
  2. Remove the white skins and cut each crevice once lengthways (with a sharp knife).
  3. Distribute in serving bowls (preferably with the cut surface facing up).
  4. Squeeze the juice from the remaining 2 mandarins / clementines and mix with the marzipan, powdered sugar and liqueur and pour over the fruit.
  5. Roast the almond flakes in a pan until golden brown and sprinkle over the mandarins / clementines.

  7. If the mandarins / clementines taste too little intense, orange juice can also be added.
