- 1 tablespoon, heaped peanut butter

- A powerful mixer or chopper is required for this recipe. Cut the bananas into pieces the night before and freeze overnight.
- Put the frozen banana pieces, 3/4 of the mango and peanut butter in the blender and mix until you get a creamy mixture.
- Serve the ice cream immediately and garnish with the remaining mango.
