Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 mango (s), ripe but still firm

For the dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon fruit vinegar (mango balsamic vinegar, mango vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice, approx.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil or other oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt, approx.
  • some Szechuan pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar, brown
  • 1 small Piece (s) chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 small onion (s), red

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, core and peel the chilli pepper and finely chop a piece of it - amount according to personal taste and the spiciness of the pod. Mix well all ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.
  2. Peel the mango, cut from the stone and cut the pulp into approx. 1 - 1.5 cm cubes. Core the tomatoes and dice the pulp.
  3. Mix both with the dressing and let it steep for about 2 hours. Stir in between and season to taste.
