Ingredients

  • 1 large mango (s), (flight mango, but can also be diced frozen mango)
  • 6 tablespoon forest honey
  • 15 mint leaves, fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder

Instructions

  1. First, separate the mango from the core and peel off the peel. Then cut the mango pieces into small pieces (1-4 mm). Now put the whole thing in a bowl. Add the wild honey and stir well. Chop the mint and add it too. Stir again and then carefully season with chili powder and let it steep for 1/2 hour.
