Ingredients

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 g suar
  • 2 small Can (s) mango (s), each 50 g, or fresh mangoes in slices
  • 125 g mararine, (semi-fat mararine)
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder, (chocolate pudding)
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 210 g flour, can also be 1/3 whole wheat flour
  • bitter almond flavor or amaretto liqueur
  • Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the edge. Cut the mangoes into small strips or pieces.
  2. Process the first eight ingredients (except for the fruit) into a batter. Pour the batter into the springform pan and spread the mango strips on it and press in lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. After cooling, sprinkle icing sugar on the cake.
