  • 200 g mano pulp
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 lime (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • Carbonated mineral water or Prosecco
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into cubes; then puree with the coconut milk, sugar and lime juice.
  2. Pour the puree into glasses filled with ice cubes and add mineral water or Prosecco. Garnish the cocktail with lime wedges.
