Ingredients

  • 2 mango (s), very ripe
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • some lemon juice
  • some sweetener
  • some chocolate, (coconut chocolate, Romy), chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, cut the flesh from the stone and puree with lemon juice.
  2. Season the quark with sweetener. Mix everything together and fill into bowls, sprinkle with chopped chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
