Ingredients

  • 1 mango (s)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, zest and juice
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coffee powder, instant
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla, ground (health food)
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), diced

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone in wedges. Finely puree the pulp with half of the lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Whisk the mascarpone with the remaining juice and lemon zest and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Dissolve the instant coffee in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Mix with the vanilla into the mascarpone cream.
  4. Pour the mango puree and mascarpone cream into four dessert glasses.
  5. Toast the almond sticks in a dry pan while stirring until they are lightly browned. Sprinkle the dessert with the almonds and serve.
