Ingredients
- 1 handful rocket
- 1 scoop mozzarella (25 g)
- 3 slices mango (s), fresh, ready to eat
- 6 teaspoons yogurt, Greek (10%, from cow`s milk)
- 2 tablespoon grape seed oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar, sweeter (e.g. pink balsamic vinegar)
- some crema di balsamic vinegar

- Arrange the washed and well drained rocket on a plate. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Drain the mozzarella, cut into 6 slices and spread on top of the rocket. Halve the fresh mango slices and place on the mozzarella slices. Place 1 teaspoon of Greek yogurt on each. Garnish with crema di balsamic vinegar.
