  • 10 g protein powder (vanilla)
  • 100 ml milk (1.5%)
  • 10 g oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and chop up with a hand blender. Do not let the mango thaw beforehand, but add it in the frozen state. This makes the bowl nice and creamy and refreshing.
  2. You can top it with nuts, fruit or cocoa nibs.
