Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 1 mango (s), ripe
- 125 g parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoon olive oil, good quality
- salt and pepper

- Wash, clean and spin dry the rocket. Hard stems should be removed. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice.
- Arrange both on a platter and generously grate the parmesan on top. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad, lightly salt and grind a little pepper over it.
