Ingredients

  • 250 g rocket
  • 1 mango (s), ripe
  • 125 g parmesan cheese
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil, good quality
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and spin dry the rocket. Hard stems should be removed. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and dice.
  2. Arrange both on a platter and generously grate the parmesan on top. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad, lightly salt and grind a little pepper over it.
