Ingredients

  • 1 kg mango (s), fresh
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with the preserving sugar and let it steep for a few hours.
  2. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the pulp to the mass. Bring to the boil and puree. Fill into glasses while still hot!
