  • 0.5 ½ mango (s)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon mango syrup
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 2 ½ tablespoon sugar
  • 12 amarettini

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Then puree with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon mango syrup.
  2. Mix the sugar, yoghurt and the remaining 2 teaspoons of syrup together.
  3. Crumble 2 amarettini into a glass, then add 50 g yoghurt to each. Layer 2 tablespoons of mango puree on each of the yoghurt and crumble 2 biscuits on top. Spread the rest of the yoghurt on top and top with the rest of the mango puree.
  4. Store in a cool place until eaten.
