Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ mango (s)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon mango syrup
- 300 g natural yourt
- 2 ½ tablespoon sugar
- 12 amarettini

- Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Then puree with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon mango syrup.
- Mix the sugar, yoghurt and the remaining 2 teaspoons of syrup together.
- Crumble 2 amarettini into a glass, then add 50 g yoghurt to each. Layer 2 tablespoons of mango puree on each of the yoghurt and crumble 2 biscuits on top. Spread the rest of the yoghurt on top and top with the rest of the mango puree.
- Store in a cool place until eaten.
