Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 g butter or mararine
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet pudding powder
  • 12 piece (s) confectionery (Toffifee)
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Put the flour with the custard powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a bowl. Add butter or margarine, eggs and milk and stir well.
  2. Put half of the batter in a second bowl. Stir the cocoa and a little milk into one half of the dough.
  3. First put a spoonful of light batter, then a spoonful of dark batter and again a spoonful of light batter into the hollows of the muffin pan (or the other way around). Now prick the dough with a fork, turn it and guide it upwards.
  4. Finally, put a toffifee on the dough and press it in a little. Place the pan in the oven and bake the muffins at 160 ° C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
