- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 7 tablespoon vinegar
- 7 tablespoon cream
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons dill, freshly chopped or frozen

- Peel the cucumber, cut into thin slices and place in a bowl.
- Chop the onion very finely. Mix with the remaining ingredients to make a salad dressing and add the sauce to the cucumber. Mix well.
- The cucumber salad tastes best chilled.
