Ingredients

  • 1 point puff pastry, fresh
  • 100 g almond (s) or hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped with powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped with cocoa powder or Kaba
  • 50 g cream
  • 1 tablespoon apricot jam
  • Powdered sugar for the glaze

Instructions

  1. Mix the nuts, powdered sugar and Kaba. Now stir in as much cream (for me it was 50 g) until the mixture is easy to spread.
  2. Spread out the puff pastry on a worktop and coat half (broad side) with the mixture. Lay the uncoated side on top. Cut the plate into 12 strips (I do it with a pizza roller). Take one strip at a time, stretch it a little and twist twice.
  3. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and bake at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. The bars should be golden yellow.
  4. First coat the nut sticks thinly with apricot jam, then with icing sugar icing.
