  • 25 g butter
  • 1 small leek stick (s)
  • 100 g tomato (s), passed
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • salt
  • Broth, granulated
  • 200 ml water
  • 250 g salmon fillet (s)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 20 g flour

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and fry the leek in it. Add the pureed tomatoes, the finely chopped, pitted tomatoes and the water, bring to the boil and season with salt and granulated broth.
  2. Finely dice the salmon and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the cream and flour with a little water, stir in and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season again to taste before serving.
  3. Serve with ribbon noodles.
