- 150 g flour, sifted
- 4 egg (s), (M)
- 4 tablespoon butter, liquid
- 250 ml milk or cream or mineral water
- salt
- oil

- Sift the flour, eggs, butter and a quarter of a liter of liquid, as well as the salt, to form a dough.
- Then pass the finished dough through a sieve and let it soak for 15 minutes.
- Now bake four pancakes out of it.
