Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, approx.
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram, approx.
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the meat with the hand blender, season a little if necessary. If it is too hot for you, you can simply add a little oil.
  2. Pour the marinade over the meat and mix. Marinate for 2 - 3 hours, drain and then fry in a pan without fat until golden brown.
