Ingredients

  • 400 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned
  • 1 bunch chives, alternatively 2 tablespoon frozen goods
  • 2 tablespoon pepper berries, pink, pink
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, bianco
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, coarse
  • 500 g mozzarella (buffalo)
  • 6 fig (s)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Press the pink pepper berries in a mortar.
  2. Prepare a vinaigrette from the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, chives and the two mustards in a bowl.
  3. Arrange the cleaned, washed and well drained lamb`s lettuce on a platter or on a plate. Cut the mozzarella into thick slices and spread on the lamb`s lettuce. Eight the figs and arrange them on the salad as well. Now drizzle everything with the vinaigrette and let it steep for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Variation: Instead of the mozzarella you can also use goat cream cheese and instead of the lamb`s lettuce you can also use Roman hearts with radicchio and frisèe.
