Ingredients

  • 2 small Can (s) kidney beans
  • 6 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • some sugar
  • 15 clove (s) garlic

Instructions

  1. Rinse 2 cans of kidney beans briefly and then drain. Arrange in a shallow bowl or a higher plate. Whisk the oil, vinegar and sugar (do not add salt or other spices) well together and then stir in the crushed, fresh garlic. Pour this dressing over the beans before serving.
  2. These beans are a real insider tip and enrich every hearty party buffet. They can also be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, in case something should really be left over.
