Ingredients

  • 4 oranges filleted
  • 250 g raspberries, (frozen)
  • 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • Cointreau
  • Raspberry spirit
  • possibly pistachios

Marinated Oranges with Raspberry Pulp

Instructions

  1. Fillet the oranges and place in a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and marinate in a little Cointreau or another orange liqueur.
  3. Sugar the raspberries, add a few drops of raspberry spirit,
  4. and let the juice steep.
  5. After 2 hours, strain the raspberries through a sieve.
  6. Place a mirror of the raspberry pulp on 4 dessert plates and spread the marinated oranges on top.
  7. If you like, you can sprinkle the dessert with pistachios because of the look.
