Ingredients

  • 2 persimmons, nicely ripe
  • 2 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 teaspoon paprika pepper
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the persimmon fruits, cut into slices, dice and place in a bowl. Add honey and pepper, mix carefully and let steep for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Whip the cream and arrange beautifully on plates with the marinated persimmons and serve.
  3. The marinated persimmons are also suitable as an accompaniment to semolina, pudding, yoghurt etc.
