  • 1 ½ kg potato (s), waxy
  • Vegetable oil
  • herbs Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade of oil, herbs and spices in a square bowl / dish that is as flat as possible.
  2. Boil the potatoes in their skins, then let them cool. Halve the potatoes, turn them in the marinade and then put them in. Let it steep overnight.
  3. The marinated halves can then be grilled crispy and warm on the grill (preferably on aluminum foil).
