Ingredients

  • 4 clove garlic
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), fresh red
  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 500 g sheep cheese
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon pepper, whole grains, black

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and onions, cut into slices. Cut the chiles lengthways, core and wash, then dice. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  2. Rinse the sprigs of herbs and pat dry.
  3. Layer all ingredients except the olive oil in a glass, pour the olive oil over it and let it steep for at least 3 days.
  4. The marinade does not have to be discarded, it is well suited for salad dressings or for marinating meat.
