Such unusual kebabs will surprise even the most demanding gourmets with their taste. Serve shrimp kebabs preferably with corn garnish. Although they are good with anything!

Ingredients
Cilantro leaves – 1 cup
Parsley leaves – 1 cup
Fresh lemon juice – 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Paprika – 2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil – 1/2 cup
Super large shrimp (peeled) – 1 kg

Directions
Preheat the grill to high heat. Grease the wire rack with oil. Grind parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt and cayenne pepper in a blender. Add oil, stir. Transfer the resulting marinade and shrimps to a plastic bag, leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Soak bamboo sticks in water for 15 minutes before use. String one shrimp on each stick.
Place the kebabs on the grill so that the empty ends of the chopsticks are on the foil. Fry shrimp kebabs for 2 minutes on each side.
