Ingredients

  • 600 g turkey breast fillet (s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 75 ml soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled sugar
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled coriander
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon, cut sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper, more colorful from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey or chicken breast fillets, pat dry, cut into fine strips and place in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, olive oil, sugar, coriander, salt and sambal oelek and mix everything well. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes. Then place in a hot, coated pan and fry over a relatively high heat until the liquid has evaporated or absorbed. Then continue frying for a few more minutes until light brown areas are visible, i.e. the meat is slightly crispy. Remove from heat, stir in the pepper and paprika powder, and add to your salad.
