Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g natural yourt

For the filling:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 150 g marshmallow cream (Marshmallow Fluff)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients for the dough together. Using 2 tablespoons, distribute approx. 20 portions of dough on the trays with a little gap. Put each tray individually in the oven for about 12 minutes. Then take it out and let the biscuits cool on the tray.
  2. For the filling, whisk all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Then pour the cream in portions into a piping bag and squirt the filling onto the underside of half of the cakes. Place the other halves on top.
  3. You can decorate the sides with different sugar pearls or chocolate shavings.
