Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 60 g suar
  • 60 g butter or mararine, melted
  • 200 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • some raisins
  • some sugar (granulated sugar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, melted butter or margarine, lukewarm milk, egg, and lemon juice with a dough hook until combined into a yeast dough.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out or shape into geese.
  4. In a small bowl, mix egg yolk with some condensed milk.
  5. Brush each goose with the egg yolk and condensed milk mixture. Press a raisin into the dough as an eye. Sprinkle the remaining body with granulated sugar.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 17 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
