Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 30 g yeast
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g suar
  • 60 g mararine
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon rum or apple juice
  • 250 ml milk
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center and crumble the yeast into it. Mix the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar, 5 teaspoons milk and a little flour and let rise for 20 minutes.
  2. Then add all the other ingredients and work a dough until it bubbles and separates from the edge of the bowl. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out, form pretzels or croissants and place on a greased baking sheet. Let it go again for 15 minutes.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
  5. Tip: Brush with icing after cooling.
