Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 170 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g powdered suar
  • 400 g marzipan raw mass
  • 2 drops lemon (s) - flavor
  • Wafers

Instructions

  1. 1st mass: Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix together powdered sugar and coconut flakes.
  2. 2. Mixture: mix powdered sugar, marzipan (cubes), rum and lemon flavor.
  3. Mix the two masses together. Pour onto the wafers and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at approx. 100-150 ° C.
