Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 ml milk
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 1 pack poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the batter and let it rise until it has doubled. Roll out, brush with 30 g butter, sprinkle some sugar with marzipan flakes and poppy seed baking on top. Roll up and cut into slices. Let go again. Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. If they look good, they`re done.
  2. If you like, you can also use raisins, cinnamon, nuts or the like for the filling, there are no limits to your imagination.
