  • 1 cup / s strong coffee (e.g. espresso)
  • 50 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon liqueur (coffee liqueur)
  • 8 coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Put the mascarpone in a bowl and add the powdered sugar. Pour in the cold coffee and liqueur. Mix well and fill into 4 glasses or bowls. Now place this in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Decorate with two coffee beans each and serve.
