Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 50 g powdered suar
- 250 g mascarpone or cream cheese
- 100 g ladyfiners
- Strawberries, to decorate

- Puree the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and a little strawberry puree until smooth. Layer in a bowl, ideally in a rectangular shape, first ladyfingers, then strawberry puree, mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, etc. Finally, garnish with the strawberries. Chill for 2-3 hours.
