Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 100 g sour cream or yourt
- 1 small Glass applesauce, or apple compote
- 1 large apple, spicy
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 50 g flaked almonds
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- Rock sugar, brown
- Cardamom pods
- Cinnamon powder
- Orange peel, grated
- Grated chocolate
- 1 shot orange liqueur, or calvados or similar

- Mix the mascarpone, sugar, cream, sour cream and orange liqueur until smooth.
- Core and chop the apple. Mix with the lemon juice and applesauce.
- Layer both creams alternately in portion pots (e.g. empty yoghurt jars). Sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Roast the almond flakes and sprinkle on top.
- Crush some fresh cardamom pods with cinnamon and brown rock candy in a mortar, fold in the grated chocolate and orange peel. Spread the mixture on the almond flakes.
- Chill very cold until serving.
