Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bottle eggnog to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar gently with a whisk.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and gently stir in eggnog.
  3. Fill into small glass bowls and put in a cool place for approx. 1 hour.
