Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream, sugar and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour the cream into a glass bowl.
  2. Puree the strawberries (clean the fresh ones beforehand) and season with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Finally, pour onto the mascarpone cream and serve.
