Ingredients

  • 650 g raspberries, frozen
  • 250 g ladyfiners
  • 5 tablespoon raspberry spirit
  • 500 g whipped cream
  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 170 grams sugar
  • 4 points vanilla sugar
  • Vanilla pod (s), the pulp
  • 125 ml milk
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Thaw the raspberries (put a few aside for decoration). Drizzle the raspberry brandy over the ladyfingers, let them steep a little. Whip the cream. Mix the low-fat quark, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar, pulp of vanilla pod and milk, fold in the cream.
  2. Layer the biscuits, raspberries and mascarpone cream alternately in a bowl. Refrigerate. Serve the cream sprinkled with raspberries and chocolate sprinkles.
