Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 100 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 6 tablespoon egg liqueur
- 150 ml orange juice
- 500 g red rits your choice

- Mix all ingredients, except for the fruit pulp, with a mixer or hand blender until creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a container or divide it into small glasses. Spread the fruit groats on the mascarpone mixture.
- It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
