- 4 port. Mashed potatoes, homemade
- 2 port. sauerkraut
- 5 sausages, (coarse cooked sausages)
- 1 cup cream
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 small onion (s)
- Butter for greasing the form
- Fat for frying

- Peel the sausages and put three pieces with the coarsely chopped onion in a tall container and mix until smooth with the magic wand. Cut the remaining two sausages into thin slices. Now fry the sausage puree and the sausage slices in fat and set aside.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in half of the mashed potatoes and smooth out. Spread the sauerkraut on top, then spread the sausage mixture on top. Cover with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Whisk the cream with the egg and pour evenly over the puree. Bake at 200 ° for about 30 minutes, until the surface is light golden yellow.
- I use leftovers, so mashed potatoes and sauerkraut are from the day before and are already seasoned.
