Ingredients
- 800 g sweet potato (s)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper, white
- 2 cl vinegar
- 100 ml milk
- 40 g butter

- Cook the sweet potatoes for about 30-35 minutes. Then peel and mash to a pulp with 100 ml milk and 40 g butter. Season with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white pepper and 2 cl vinegar. Heat again briefly and serve.
