Ingredients

  • 10 g coconut flakes
  • 300 ml coconut drink, unsweetened (no canned coconut milk)
  • 1 small banana (s), very ripe (approx. 00 g)
  • 60 g oatmeal, tender
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 pinch vanilla, real, ground
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the coconut flakes in a coated pan without fat and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the coconut drink with the oat flakes, salt and vanilla to the boil and let it soak over a low flame.
  3. Cut a few slices from the banana as a decoration. Mash the rest of the banana with a fork and mix with the matcha powder.
  4. When the oatmeal has the desired consistency, remove the pan from the stove and mix with the banana and matcha mixture.
  5. Top the porridge with the roasted coconut flakes and the banana slices and, if necessary, serve sprinkled with some matcha powder.
