Ingredients

  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g soft dates, without a core
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ matcha powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and chop up with the food processor. Pour the crumbled mass into a sealable glass.
  2. The Rawnola is great as a topping for muesli, porridge and other delicious desserts.
  3. A little tip: The mass can also be easily shaped into balls - ideal for making energy bites.
