Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ tea (Matcha), Japanese green tea in powder form
  • 50 ml water, warm, 80 ° C
  • 200 ml milk or soy milk, e.g. vanilla, frothed
  • sugar, or honey

Instructions

  1. Put the matcha in a bowl and mix well with a little warm water. The best way to do this is with a special matcha broom (chasen). Warm milk or soy milk and add to it.
  2. Sweeten with sugar or honey if necessary.
