- 200 g fish fillet (s) (herrin fillets)
- 200 g fish fillet (s) (bismarck herrin fillets), peeled
- 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 125 g cream (Rama whipped cream)
- 1 apple, mildly sour
- 100 g pickled cucumber (s)
- 100 g onion (s), red
- Herbs, fresh
- pepper
