Ingredients

  • 750 g celery
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • some black pepper from the mill
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the celery, cut off the tips, and leave the leaves on. Halve each stalk lengthways.
  2. Cook the celery in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. Transfer the drained celery to a baking dish greased with fat. Brush each piece with butter and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 15 minutes.
