Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the broth, season to taste. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices. Add Maultaschen with the carrots to the broth and let simmer for 20 minutes on a medium heat. Cut the spring onions into small pieces and add just before serving.
