  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup cream
  • some Milk
  • 1 handful cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato (s), cut into small pieces
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the Maultaschen and the onion into strips and roast them in a pan with a little olive oil. Deglaze with cream and milk, add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Stir in the cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper and a quick pan dish is ready.
  2. A nice, colorful salad goes well with it!
