Ingredients

  • 2 packs dumplings
  • 400 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper (s), green
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 tablespoon oil (not olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (if possible, Melfor vinegar)
  • Broth as needed

Instructions

  1. Let the Maultaschen steep in the broth as instructed. Then cut into approx. 6 strips per dumpling.
  2. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, dice the peppers and also cut the spring onions into small rings.
  3. Put everything together in a bowl, season with pepper and salt and then mix with oil and vinegar.
  4. Let the whole thing steep for at least 2-3 hours.
