Ingredients

  • 500 g dumplins
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce, hot (e.g. Sriracha)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, possibly
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the dumplings into larger cubes. Dice the bell peppers and slice the leek. Mince the garlic.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the dumplings until roasted on all sides. Add the bell peppers, leek, and garlic and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the soy sauce.
  3. Add the ketchup and chili sauce, mix well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the lime juice and coriander, then season with salt to taste.
